GIORDANA PATUMI
Trainerin bei CITYPILATES
WHAT BROUGHT YOU INTO PILATES?
I was introduced to Pilates many years ago during my dance studies in Denmark and the UK, and I immediately fell in love with it, especially because it supported my cross-training and injury recovery.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT PILATES?
I love the mind-body connection it offers while providing a challenging body workout. Pilates makes me stronger and more aware of my body's perception.
WHY DID YOU BECOME A PILATES TEACHER?
Initially, I became interested in Pilates to enhance my personal practice and deepen my understanding of the system and technique. However, as I started teaching friends and family, I discovered a passion for helping and correcting individuals, addressing their personal needs and issues.
WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR TEACHING?
During my classes, I noticed that people often laugh, suggesting a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. I strive to make clients aware of their movements, emphasizing mindfulness over mere execution. My aim is for them to integrate the techniques learned in class into their daily lives.
